Owner Greg Duff started working in the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry over 20 years ago, when he received a work referral from a friend. Back then, most carpet cleaners used the dry foam cleaning method. Today's methods are significantly more effective, and Greg's experience with earlier methods give him a unique perspective on the evolution of carpet care.
